With dreams of a brighter future and the help of the most Incredibly generous friends and family, we embarked on a journey filled with uncertainty, leaving behind our lives to start a new one.

We eventually found our home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, a place that embraced us with its unique charm and vibrant community. Here, we decided to turn our passion for food and our rich Cuban heritage into something meaningful—not just for us, but for those around us.
