We collect information you provide for reservations, catering, gift cards and contact requests, including your name, email, phone number, event details and delivery address. We may also receive basic technical information needed to secure and operate the website.

We use information to fulfill requests, confirm availability, communicate about orders, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve service and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Card payments will be processed by Stripe. Lago Cafe does not store full card numbers. We may use hosting, email, Google Maps and ordering partners such as Toast, DoorDash and Grubhub. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

We retain records only as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for tax, payment or legal purposes. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the current date on this page.
